Working principle of Ultra Bright Water Clarifier
Water Clarifier is a sedimentation tank developed on the basis of shallow pool principle. The inclined tube or inclined plate with a dip angle of 60 degrees is placed in the settling area of the sedimentation tank (the diameter of the inclined tube is about 25~40 millimeters, and the length is 800~1000 mm. The spacing of the slanted plates is about 100 millimeters. Because the precipitation area is divided into many areas, the precipitation area and the precipitation efficiency increase significantly; at the same time, the sludge that is sinking to the bottom of the tube or the plate surface will automatically slide away from the precipitation area, and the sludge removal problem will be solved. The pool type is divided into three types: water and sludge flow in oblique and slanted plates (water flow from bottom up), known as isodirectional flow, is the most widely used; water and sludge flow (upstream and downward), called the same direction flow; flow level flows through the slanted gap, known as the transverse flow. The arrangement of the inlet and outlet of the sedimentation tank should make the water flow evenly distributed. The inlet and outlet of the sedimentation tank mostly adopt weir and submerged orifice. The inlet of the circular pool is often in the center of the pool, and the effluent is around the pool. Because the pond is very big, the serrated weir is used to raise the water head of the weir and promote the uniform flow. After the activated sludge process, the effluent from the inlet pool and the activated sludge mixture are heavier than the effluent, and the import and export can be done on the pond, the import is at the bottom and the export is on.
Application
In the Water Clarifier, a number of smaller parallel inclined plates or smaller diameter parallel inclined pipes have been laid up. The precipitation efficiency and the effluent rate are improved, especially for the removal of dispersed materials.
Water Clarifier is widely used in the treatment of industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, non-ferrous metal processing wastewater, treatment of hydraulic dust removal wastewater in power plant and boiler room, treatment of washing water in gas station, treatment of biochemical water and pretreatment of water supply purification.
