Working principle

The reaction zone: mud slag, medicament and raw water are mixed quickly and coacervated by stirring in the mixing reaction zone, and enter the flow reaction zone under the action of the impeller to complete the slow flocculation reaction in order to form a larger floc. A large number of high density homogenous alum can be obtained in the whole reaction zone (mixing and pushing zone). The suspension of water in the water can be used as a carrier to precipitate rapidly in the precipitation area without affecting the water quality.

Clarification area: the slow speed of alum enters the presedimentation area from the push flow zone, which makes most of the alum precipitate in the presedimentation area, and the remaining alum is accumulated and concentrated in the concentrated area in the precipitation area of the inclined tube, and the water is collected through the sink to enter the subsequent treatment structures. The floc in the concentrated area is reused through the pump to reflow to the inlet of the reaction pool, so as to ensure the concentration of the floc and enhance the capacity of the system. The floc and sludge in the mud pit are discharged from the pump to enter the sludge treatment system

Components

1.  Draft tube: composed of cylinder, cone and steady flow gate. The function of the stable grid is to eliminate the vortices of the ascending fluid.

2.  Lifting mixer: mainly composed of reducer, vertical shaft, stirring blades (axial flow) and electronic control box. The axial flow impeller makes the circulating flow of the system larger, and the mixing effect of the raw water, the flocculant and the reflux floc is greatly improved by the rational design of the clearance between the impeller and the guide tube.

3. Central transmission thickening scraper: mainly by the transmission device, transmission shaft, scraping device and so on. The drive device adopts a speed reducer, which can adjust the running speed of the shaving machine according to the sludge concentration in the clarified area, so as to achieve the best sludge discharge effect. At the same time, the transmission device has the function of overload protection. When the current reaches the set current value, the power stop is stopped immediately.
