Method for installing inclined pipe packing

Second, the ironing operation
1. Open the packing of the inclined pipe packing, place the first piece of the inclined pipe packing on the ground, take the second piece of the inclined pipe packing on the first piece of packing, and check the cut of the inclined pipe packing. It has a hexagonal honeycomb shape. After inspection, it starts to weld the bonding points.
2. All flat joints at both ends of the hexagonal honeycomb must be welded. The joints on the two planes on both sides must be welded at more than four points. The middle of the two pieces of inclined pipe filler planes must be welded at more than four points to ensure the welding is firm.
3. Pay attention to the operation rhythm when ironing, and control the temperature. The number of ironing points must not be omitted.
4. Each oblique tube packing is used as a separate ironing unit, which will be neatly stacked on the site after the ironing is completed;
5. During the rest, be sure to cut off the power of the electric soldering iron and keep it safely;
