Equipment characteristics

    (1) The effluent quality is good and stable. Rotary fiber disc filter adopts a filter cloth (the filter cloth material is 316L stainless steel or resin) to replace the sand filter material of the traditional filter pool. Because of the tiny particles of micrometers, the quality and stability of the effluent are better than those of granular filters. The conventional filter has poor water quality due to penetration problems before washing. After washing, the residual cleaning water in the filter layer affects the effluent. In addition, the amount of filtered water also changes with resistance.

    (2) The equipment is simple and compact, with less auxiliary equipment, and the investment of the entire filtration system is low. Rotary fiber disc filter can be continuously filtered during cleaning. The sand filter tank cannot be continuously filtered during backwashing. In order to ensure continuity, it is necessary to set an intermediate storage tank in front of the sand filter tank or use multiple filter tanks to work alternately. Eliminate the need for many backwash tanks, water towers, etc. required by traditional filters. The filtration process is controlled by a computer, and the interval time and process duration of the cleaning process and the sludge discharging process can be adjusted.
