Equipment characteristics

The gravity flow of sewage enters the filter tank, and the filter tank is provided with a water distribution weir. The filter cloth is fully submerged, the sewage enters through the outside of the filter cloth, the filtrate is collected through the hollow tube, and the gravity flow exits the filter pool through the outlet weir. The whole process is continuous.
Working principle
The fiber turntable filter is composed of a central water outlet drum, a filter turntable, a rotary sealing device, an elastic filter cloth back suction device, and a complete automatic control electrical system. The turntable is fixed around the center drum and has a communication hole with the center drum. The raw water flows from the water inlet through the steady flow slot into the system to contact the turntable. Both sides of the turntable are equipped with fiber filter cloth. The filter cloth is woven with a new type of nano-memory functional fiber material and the filter pore size is less than 10μm. After high-efficiency filtration, the raw water is discharged from the hollow water outlet head.
During filtration, the drum is stationary. As the filtration progresses, the trapped impurities of the filter cloth continue to increase, the water level in the filter tank gradually rises, and the amount of water penetrating the filter cloth decreases. When impurities accumulate to a certain extent, the liquid level in the filter tank reaches the set value, the system will reversely suck out the water in the filter cloth through the backwash device, and suck out the impurities accumulated in the filter cloth. There is no need to stop working, and the fully automated process of backwashing while filtering is realized, thereby fully improving the efficiency.
