Equipment characteristics
The fiber rotary disc filter is mainly composed of, box body, filter disc, backwashing mechanism, sludge discharging mechanism, central tube, driving mechanism, electric control pump and valve mechanism.
1. Box: Welded with carbon steel, imported anticorrosive paint for the inside, and Baotashan epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive paint for the outside. The box has a compact structure, light weight, and a small footprint. The auxiliary tank can adjust the size of the water drop.
2. Filter disc: Each filter disc is composed of 6 independent slices, covered with filter cloth and substrate. Depth of filter
Storage of trapped particles to reduce head loss during normal operation. Each filter cloth filter disc has at least 5.2m2 (53.8 square feet) of effective submerged filter area and can be easily removed from the device.
3. Backwashing mechanism: It consists of backwashing suction port, pipeline, backwashing suction port bracket parts, etc. Used for backwashing of filter cloth.
4. Mud discharge mechanism: It is composed of mud suction port, pipeline and bracket parts of mud suction port. Used to clean the sludge at the bottom of the filter.
5. Center pipe: After processing, the reclaimed water flows into the auxiliary tank through the hollow pipe. The hollow pipe can not only transport the reclaimed water but also drive the filter disc to rotate.
6. Drive mechanism: composed of reducer, sprocket, chain, etc., used to drive the center tube and filter disc to rotate.
7. Electrical system: It is composed of electronic control box, PLC, touch screen, liquid level monitoring and other electronic control components. It is used to control the process of backwashing and sludge discharge, to automate its operation, and to adjust the backwash interval and sludge discharge interval.
8. Pump and valve mechanism: composed of centrifugal pump, pipeline and electric ball valve, used for backwashing and sludge discharge.
Application
It is mainly used to remove the total suspended solids. Adding chemicals can remove part of total phosphorus, turbidity, COD, etc.
The sewage first enters the filter cloth filter tank, and passes through the filter cloth by the action of gravity. The filtered water enters the filter plate and the central pipe, and is discharged or reused. As the filtration proceeds, the amount of material deposited on the filter cloth increases, the filtration speed gradually decreases, and the water level in the filter pond gradually rises. When the water level rises to the set water level, negative pressure back suction starts, and as the filter disc rotates slowly, the filter cloth is cleaned. The relatively large solids in the influent will naturally settle to the bottom of the bucket pool, and then use the sludge pump to send the sludge to the sludge treatment facility for treatment.
