Equipment characteristics
The entire system uses upflow fluid bed filtration and a single homogeneous quartz sand filter material, while adding air sand sand washing process. The raw water enters the inside of the filter through the water inlet pipe, and is evenly distributed by the water distributor, and then the filter material layer is circulated in the reverse direction and discharged outside. In this process, the raw water is filtered, and the content of pollutants in the water decreases; at the same time, the content of pollutants in the quartz sand filter material increases, and the content of pollutants in the lower filter material layer is higher than that in the upper filter material. The air lift pump located in the center of the filter lifts the bottom quartz sand filter material to the sand scrubber at the top of the filter under the action of the air compressor.
