Working principle

1. Filtering
The flow of sewage enters the filter, and a water weir is arranged in the filter. The filter cloth is totally submerged, and the sewage is filtered through the outer side of the filter cloth. The filtrate is collected through the hollow pipe, and the gravity flows through the weir to discharge the filter. The whole process is continuous.
2. Backwashing
Some sludge adsorbed on the outside of the filter cloth and gradually formed the sludge layer. With the accumulation of sludge on filter cloth, the filtration resistance of filter cloth increases, and the water level of filter increases gradually. The pressure sensor is used to monitor the level change in the tank. When the liquid level in the tank reaches the set point (high water level), PLC can start the anti suction pump and start the backwashing process. When cleaning, the filter can be filtered continuously.
During filtration, the filter turntable is in a static state, which is conducive to the deposition of the bottom of the sludge. During cleaning, the filter turntable rotates at a speed of 1 /2 minutes. The suction pump suction filter cloth surface is absorbed and the sludge particles accumulated on the filter cloth are absorbed, and the water in the filter turntable is drawn from the inside to the outside, and the filter cloth is anti cleaning. The instantaneous flushing area accounts for only about 1% of the total filter turntable area. The backwashing process is intermittent.
When backwashing, the 2 filter plates are one group, which are controlled by the electric valve on the pipe of the suction pump, and the cleaning process of each group in a complete cleaning process of it is carried out alternately, during which the work of the suction pump is continuous. When the water quality is suddenly deteriorated, the liquid level in the pool is rapidly rising to the backwash level, and all backwashing pumps are started at the same time, and several groups of filter turntables can be backwashed at the same time until the backwashing cycle is restored to normal.
3. Mud drainage system
A funnel tank bottom is arranged under the filter turntable of it, so as to facilitate the collection of sludge at the bottom of the pool. Sludge deposition at the bottom of the sludge tank reduces the amount of sludge on the filter cloth, prolonging the filtration time and reducing the amount of backwash water. After a set period of time, PLC starts the mud pump, and restores the sludge to the drainage system of the plant through the bottom hole perforating mud pipe. Among them, the time interval between sludge discharge and sludge discharge can be adjusted.
Water conditions and effluent quality
It is located at the terminal of water treatment.
Inflow: SS is less than 30mg/L (maximum can withstand 40- 60 mg/L.)
Effluent: SS is less than 10mg/L, and the turbidity is less than 2 NTU.
