Equipment Features

1. In order to realize the overall pouring, there must be a non-disassembled shaped plate (a food-grade ABS board is used in the process) to make the concave and convex template, which can reliably support the overall pouring.

The construction load of the process (when the construction load is 400kg / m2, the template deflection changes <1.2mm), the round hole with a neck sleeve at the convex part of the template is used to fix the embedded filter head (filter seat).

2. After the formwork is installed, the reinforcement framework is connected with the pool wall reinforcement by φ10 and φ12.

3. The overall pouring of concrete requires one-time pouring and pre-shock tamping to be uniform and compacted to meet the C25 strength, allowing construction to have a level error of 1 ‰ according to the general requirements of civil engineering. Its bearing strength is 70KN / m2 in the forward direction and 60KN / m2 in the reverse direction.

4. After curing the concrete, insert an adjustable screw into the filter head embedded part (filter seat), the adjustable pitch of which is 70mm, the upper and lower adjustment range is ≮50mm, and the adjustment filter rod is reserved for more than 15mm for the filter tank for a long time After the operation, the uneven settlement of the earth structure may be adjusted and used, and the adjustment accuracy (small adjustment amount) is 0.4mm.

5. Inlet water in the water distribution area of the filter tank, adjust the upper plane of the filter rod to the same horizontal height according to the water surface, so as to ensure that the inlet holes are on the same horizontal line.

6. The anti-loose self-locking filter head is used to connect the filter seat. Since the template for the overall pouring filter plate is fixed, the distance between the filter heads and the number of filter heads arranged per square meter are also fixed, while the standard filter head The gap area is also uniform, so that the opening ratio of the whole pool is also fixed. Although the previous successful experience has determined the above data (filter head spacing 150cm horizontally, 200mm longitudinally, standard (QS-K-0.5) filter head gap width 0.5mm, area 6.12cm2, the whole cell opening ratio is 2.0% ). However, considering the design experience of each designer and different specific processing objects, filters with different gap areas are available for selection to meet the design requirements of different aperture ratios. There is a B-type template with a filter beam spacing of 1m.

7. In some water distribution and gas distribution systems with special requirements, flat formwork according to design requirements can be directly laid in the filter tank, and support rods with adjustable levels can be installed in the lower part to achieve overall pouring.

Working principle

The uniformity of the water distribution gas distribution not only directly affects the backwashing effect of the filter, but also affects the operating efficiency and operating costs. In the gas-water recoil process, the key to uniform gas distribution is the flatness of the filter head. The core is to control the level of the air intake hole and the filter slot in the filter rod. The small filter plate, because it can not directly control the level of the filter rod inlet hole, can only emphasize the flatness of the filter plate. The control level of the small filter plate is less than ± 2mm, and the level of the whole pool is less than ± 5mm. In fact, it is more difficult to ensure the flatness of the flat-plate pouring small filter plate. The vertical mode pouring of the small filter plate has the disadvantage of uneven structural strength of the filter plate. The integral pouring of the filter plate and the adjustable filter head is the progress of the gas distribution system of the gas-water recoil filter. Breaking through the traditional filter head, the filter rod and the filter cap are connected into one, and the backward method of indirectly controlling the level of the filter head can only be relied on the level of the small filter plate. The rod can move up and down to adjust the height, so you can directly adjust the air inlet on the filter rod on the same level.
