Equipment Features

Application
At present, it has been successfully applied in many types of wastewater treatment such as petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, leather, coking (gasification), food, brewing, daily chemical, printing and dyeing, biopharmaceutical, papermaking, and urban domestic sewage.
The bottom of the filter tank is provided with water inlet and sludge discharge pipes, the middle and upper part is the filler layer, the thickness is generally 2.5 ~ 3m, and the top of the filler is equipped with baffles to prevent the loss of suspended filler. The outlet filter head is evenly installed on the baffle. The upper space of the baffle is used as the backwash water storage area, the height of which depends on the backwash head, and a return pump is provided in this area to pump the filter outlet to the water distribution corridor, and then return to the bottom of the filter Nitrification. The space between the bottom of the filler layer and the bottom of the filter tank is reserved for the expansion of the filler during backwash regeneration.
