4.Working principle
Oxygen in the air is transferred to the water through aeration, and oxygen is transferred from the gas phase to the liquid phase by mass transfer. This theory of mass transfer and dispersion is now widely used by Lewis and Whitman's double membrane theory.
According to the double film theory, there are gas and liquid films on the "gas-water" interface, and there are air and liquid activities outside the gas film and liquid film, which belong to turbulent flow condition; there is no convection between the gas film and liquid film, which will present pressure gradient and concentration gradient under certain conditions. If the concentration of oxygen in the liquid membrane is lower than the full concentration of oxygen in the water, the oxygen in the air will continue to disperse inward and enter the water through the liquid membrane, so the liquid membrane and the air membrane will become the obstacle of oxygen transfer.
This is the double membrane theory. Obviously, the most useful way to overcome the obstruction of liquid film is to change the "gas-liquid" interface rapidly.
Aeration mixing is exactly like this. The detailed method is to reduce the size of bubbles, add the number of bubbles, improve the turbulence degree of liquid, increase the equipment depth of aeration head, and extend the touch time of bubbles and liquid. According to this method, aeration equipment is widely used in wastewater treatment.
The tubular diffuser is a kind of aeration equipment fixed at the bottom of the tank. It has the advantages of simple structure, high oxygen utilization rate, reliable performance, not easy to block the air hole, no backflow of sewage, uniform circumferential stress, long service life and convenient installation and maintenance. The system has the advantages of low price. During aeration, the pressure air enters into the air duct through the air supply pipe through the air distribution branch pipe, forming a circular air chamber between the aeration membrane pipe and the support body, so that the aeration membrane pipe blows up, and the air can be aerated to the water body through the micropores on the membrane pipe. When the air supply is stopped, the membrane tube shrinks elastically and clings to the support body, and the micropores also close with the rebound shrinkage, so as to prevent the backflow of water into the air tank.
The tubular diffuser is composed of inner liner, diaphragm, clamp, etc. The aeration diaphragm is made of silicone rubber or EPDM. The inner liner is made of UPVC and ABS. The clamp is made of 304 stainless steel.
