Equipment characteristics
After the fine bubble diffuser runs for a long time, the calcium and iron scale in the water are easy to deposit on the aeration membrane. The scale will block the holes of the aeration disk and affect the aeration effect, thus greatly reducing the oxygen filling capacity and stirring performance. It is recommended to clean the fine bubble diffuser regularly, and the cleaning cycle shall be determined according to the operation conditions. The following methods can be used for cleaning:
1. Drain aeration tank, wash with water and brush or high pressure;
2. Drain the aeration tank, remove the fine bubble diffuser and clean one by one;
3. The aeration group is moved out of the aeration tank and the fine bubble diffusers are cleaned one by one;
4. Clean (formic acid) with automatic cleaning device during operation.
It has been shown that acid pickling with formic acid is the most efficient way to clean the fine bubble diffuser. The whole acid pickling process of formic acid does not affect the normal operation of sewage treatment, which is of great significance to the maintenance of the fine bubble diffuser and the extension of its service life. Compared with other measures, this method is more convenient and economical.
It is worth mentioning that the acid cleaning operation of the fine bubble diffuser should be carried out in accordance with certain procedures. Before using the cleaning machine to clean the system, the valve, nozzle and quick connector should be inspected. If leakage is found at the joint, the seal and other necessary parts should be replaced immediately; when repairing the valve, quick connector and nozzle, the acidity of the material should be considered. When connecting, check whether the joint is clean and in good working condition.
