5.Working principle
The electric flocculation system adopts the modular design of electric flocculation. Rec electric flocculation module is composed of electric flocculation reactor body, electrode assembly, motor, rotating scraper assembly and power supply control system. The reaction chamber body is treated with carbon steel rubber lining. The electrode assembly is disc-shaped, and the soluble electrode material (aluminum or iron) is selected. Insoluble materials (MMO coated titanium electrode) are also available.
This product adopts the patented technology of rotating cross flow and intelligent reverse pole, which can eliminate concentration polarization and greatly improve the efficiency of electric flocculation. There is a concentration gradient between the concentration of the solution near the electrode and the concentration of the original solution. The change of the electrode electromotive force caused by the concentration difference is called concentration polarization. Concentration polarization is not good for the electrocoagulation process. It increases the cell voltage, power consumption and cathode deposit. It can eliminate concentration polarization, reduce electrolysis power consumption and improve electrolysis efficiency. A mechanical stirring rod is arranged between the plates. Driven by the motor, the liquid is stirred in real time, which completely eliminates the influence of concentration polarization and greatly improves the efficiency of electric flocculation. At the same time, through the shear force produced by the rotating scraper, the dirt on the surface of the plate is scoured to effectively avoid the problem of scale formation on the plate.
