4.Product Advantage

The special photocatalysis of the system further improved the oxidation efficiency and produced a large number of hydroxyl radicals. Oh (2.8V). Under the interaction of photodynamic and electrochemical processes, the increase of the yield of oxidants is the reason for the synergistic effect. The time of organic matter degradation and mineralization can be shortened and pollutants can be effectively removed by the photoelectric combined process. The power consumption is only 50% of that of the same mineralization rate completed by the traditional electrochemical process.

5.Product process

Ferrate is a green water treatment agent with high oxidation, and its effective component is hexavalent ferrate. It is used in the field of refractory wastewater (landfill leachate, heavy metal, arsenic, ammonia, surfactant and phosphorus removal) and disinfection. After the reaction, the reduction product is ferric hydroxide, which is colloidal in the solution and can gather the suspended matter in the water to form a precipitate without residual toxicity. Hexavalent iron is a strong oxidant, ferrate has higher oxidation than ozone, and can achieve more than 90% COD removal rate by less dosage. Ferrate is used to oxidize COD in wastewater, and it shows the strongest oxidizability through its 2.2V oxidation performance. The on-line electrochemical generator of sodium ferrate developed by Keyu company can effectively produce fresh ferrate and effectively treat the refractory wastewater containing phosphorus, arsenic, ammonia nitrogen, heavy metal and cod.
