Working principle
The working principle of it is that the air enters the aeration tube from the aeration hole of the rear cover of the Micro bubble diffuser, and the air in the tube wall of the aeration tube is dense with many tiny pores. The air in it from the pore of the tube wall under the effect of pressure, and forms many tiny bubbles in the sewage and causes the turbulence of the water. So as to achieve the purpose of dissolving the oxygen in the air into the water.
When aeration is aerated, the air enters the diaphragm and the wall of the tube through the ventilation hole on the tube wall. Under the action of compressed air, the diaphragm is slightly up and the hole is open to achieve the purpose of diffusion of air. After stopping the supply of gas and the pressure disappeared, the diaphragm itself is automatically closed under elastic action, and the diaphragm is compacted on the tube wall due to water pressure. Therefore, the sewage will not reverse the flow and block the hole. However, because the aperture of the diaphragm directly affects the utilization rate of oxygen, the opening diameter should be appropriate. The opening diameter is too large, the utilization rate of oxygen is low, the opening diameter is too small, the oxygen utilization rate is high, but the resistance increases. Rubber diaphragm should use anti-aging, high strength gel, so as not to tear the diaphragm, causing aerator damage.
