Working principle
The supporting tray of it has a unique spherical crown structure. The aerator has excellent performance of anti blocking and waterproof body reverse flow. Under the condition of intermittent operating conditions, the surface of the aeration membrane is not easy to deposit, and the service life of the plate diaphragm micrometer is longer and the efficiency of oxygen filling is higher, and it is also suitable for the micro pollution biological treatment of the source water.
Our product is mainly composed of aeration diaphragm, supporting tray, screw cap and threaded nozzle, so long as the rubber diaphragm is placed on the supporting tray, the screw can be tightened with a screw cap. During installation, the supporting tray (the center has G3/4 "inner threaded air passage) is installed on the threaded nipples at the top of the gas pipeline.
When it is working, the air distribution pipe is supported by the supporting air passage into the aeration membrane. Under the action of air pressure, the diaphragm is slightly bulge, and the aperture is opened. It can produce micro bubbles (<3mm) in water. To stop the air supply, the diaphragm is gradually closed and the diaphragm is compacted on the supporting tray because of the gradual drop of pressure between the diaphragm and the tray, as well as the resilience of the water pressure and the diaphragm itself.
