5.Instructions

1). The operators and maintenance personnel must pass the technical training and production time, and pass the examination before taking the post. 

2). The equipment shall be started after the preparation for start-up. 

3). When the power supply voltage is greater than or less than 5% of the rated voltage, it is not suitable to start the motor. 

4). When the operator opens and closes the electrical switch, it shall be carried out according to the electrical operation regulations. 

5). All kinds of equipment must be powered off during maintenance, and can only be operated after the maintenance sign is hung at the switch. 

6). In rainy or snowy days, operators shall pay attention to anti-skid when operating on structures. 

7). When cleaning the motor equipment and its surrounding environment, it is strictly prohibited to wipe the running parts of the equipment, and the flushing water shall not be splashed on the cable head, the electrified parts of the electromechanical and the lubricating parts. 

8). Operators of all posts shall wear complete labor protection appliances and do a good job in safety precautions. 

9). It is strictly prohibited for non post personnel to open and close the mechanical and electrical equipment of the post. Automatic operation and backwashing. Backwashing can judge whether to carry out backwashing completely according to the working condition of filter layer in the filter, rather than the unscientific practice of regular Backwashing in traditional process.
