Equipment characteristics
1. Coagulation tank: Raw water added with coagulant enters the coagulation tank through the water inlet pipe, and is stirred with a stirrer, so that the suspended matter in the water and the coagulant fully contact and react to form alum. Generally, a water purification device uses a vortex reaction to mix water and a coagulant, but the effect is unstable due to changes in the amount of water. The water purification device is mixed with a stirrer, and the effect is not affected by the change in the amount of water.
2. Sedimentation chamber: The water is coagulated by adding coagulant to form alum flowers, which flows to the sedimentation tank of the equipment for precipitation. The sludge is discharged into a mud hopper.
3. Filter tank: The precipitated water flows to the filter tank for filtration. The structure of the filter tank is a water distribution pipe at the bottom, quartz sand in the middle, and anthracite in the upper part. The filtration speed is 10m / h. After zui, the clean water flows into the clean water tank for disinfection and drinking. The filter tank backflush cycle is about 12 hours, and the backflush time is 5-10 minutes.
