Equipment characteristics
1. Mixing part: using pipeline static mixer (when the water purifier is far away from the water taking place, it is suitable to add coagulant at the front end of the mixer to improve the coagulation effect, but it needs pressure administration).
2. Response section: Hydraulic circulation reaction with improved throat, grid, and folding plate is adopted.
3. Clarification part: Suspension contact filtration and separation type hydraulic clarification process with the characteristics of sludge circulation separation and sludge contact filtration is adopted, and straight oblique tangential radial polypropylene plate or tube is used for clarification.
4. Filtering part: It is filtered by polystyrene filter bead layer.
5. Flushing part: adopts multi-jet fixed cutting jet flushing system, fully agitate during flushing, to avoid rotating flushing which may cause synchronization. Ensure that the filter beads are rinsed clean and are not prone to equipment failure.
6. Start-up part: The flushing start-up tube is adopted, and the bottom of the lifter can be flushed for a few seconds after opening the valve, and the normal operation of the sludge cycle can be quickly restored.
7. Mud discharge part: Quick opening valve is adopted to ensure mud discharge effect and reduce water loss.
