Equipment characteristics
Equipment sludge discharge and backwash and sewage discharge: The sludge settled in the high-efficiency automatic water purification device is automatically and regularly removed by the sludge drainage system. The discharged mud and filtered backwash water are connected to the sewer or mud pit for drying treatment.
Dredging: When the water purification device runs for a certain period of time, the solenoid valve automatically performs sludge once by the signal given by the central control cabinet. (When the turbidity of the raw water is less than 500mg / L, it is advisable that the sludge drainage period is T = 12 hours, and the sludge drainage period is adjustable)
Backwash drainage: After the sewage has been filtered for a certain period of time, the resistance of the filter layer gradually increases. When the water level rises to a certain level, an automatic backwash starts to form. The water in the filter area quickly accelerates backwash under the static pressure of the upper clear water layer. The clean water in the device returns in the reverse direction according to the normal running path. When the clean water passes through the filter area, the filter layer will be backwashed. After the backwash lasts 3-5 minutes, the backwash will automatically stop when the water level in the clean water area drops to a certain level. The backwash sewage is discharged into the sewage tank and is led to the sewer or mud pit by the sewage pipe.
