The disc type membrane module is mainly composed of RO diaphragm, deflector, center tie rod, housing, various tight seals and flanges at both ends of flange and connecting bolts. The filter membrane and the deflector are stacked together, fixed with a center tie rod and an end cap cover flange, and then placed in a pressure-resistant casing to form a dish-type membrane module.

Equipment characteristics
The structure of its membrane module is completely different from the traditional roll-type membrane. The original liquid flow channel: The disc tube membrane module has a special flow channel design form. It adopts an open flow channel, and the material liquid enters the pressure vessel through the inlet. The channel between the casing and the other end of the module flows to the other end of the module. At the other end of the flange, the material liquid enters the deflector through the 8 channels of the library. The processed liquid flows quickly through the filter membrane at the shortest distance, and then 180 degrees. Reverse to the other membrane surface, and then flow from the notch in the center of the deflector to the next deflector (as shown in Figure 1), so that the membrane surface is formed from the circumference of the deflector to the center of the circle, then to the circumference, and then The double "S" -shaped route to the center of the circle, the concentrated liquid finally flows out from the flange at the feed end. The distance between the two deflectors of the DT assembly is 4mm, and the surface of the deflector has bumps arranged in a certain way. This special hydraulic design allows the treatment fluid to flow through the membrane under pressure to form a turbulent flow when it bumps into bumps, increasing the transmission rate and self-cleaning functions, thereby effectively avoiding membrane blocking and concentration polarization phenomena, and successfully Extends the service life of the diaphragm; it is also easy to clean the scale on the diaphragm during cleaning, which guarantees that the disc type membrane unit is suitable for the treatment of wastewater with high turbidity and high sand content coefficient, and adapts to more severe water ingress conditions.
