The structure of the DTRO membrane module is completely different from the traditional roll membrane. The material liquid enters the pressure vessel through the inlet, and flows from the channel between the deflector and the shell to the other end of the module. Practical engineering shows that even in the direct treatment of the permeate stock solution, the lifespan of the DT diaphragm can be as long as more than 3 years, which cannot be achieved by ordinary membrane treatment systems.

Components are easy to maintain

The DTRO membrane module adopts a standardized design. The module is easy to disassemble and maintain. Opening the DTRO module can easily check and maintain any piece of filter membrane and other components. The maintenance is simple. When the number of parts is not enough, the module allows less membranes and deflectors. Does not affect the use of DT membrane modules, all these maintenance work can be completed on site.

Low filter membrane replacement costs

Any single component inside the DTRO assembly can be replaced individually. The filter part is assembled by multiple filter membranes and deflectors. When the filter membranes need to be replaced, they can be replaced individually. The membranes with good filtering performance can still be used, which reduces the cost of membrane replacement.

High concentration factor

DTRO module has three operating pressures of 75bar, 150bar, and 200bar. It is the membrane module with the highest pressure in industrial applications. In some applications with high concentration factors, the solid content can reach more than 25% and the concentration factor is high.
