Equipment characteristics
The composition of the DTRO membrane system includes a central control system, a sand filter, a first-stage membrane system, a second-stage membrane system, a leachate storage tank, a water purification storage tank, a sulfuric acid storage tank, a cleaning agent storage tank, a scale inhibitor storage tank, Lye storage tank, degassing tower, etc.
The DTRO membrane module has a special flow channel design form. It adopts an open flow channel. The feed liquid is driven into the DTRO membrane column through the feed port through the booster pump, and flows from the channel between the deflector and the shell to the other end of the module. At the other end of the flange, the material liquid enters the deflector through 8 channels. The processed liquid quickly flows through the filter membrane at the shortest distance, then reverses to 180 degrees to the other membrane surface, and then from the center of the deflector. The notch flows into the next deflector, thus forming a double “S” -shaped route from the circumference of the deflector to the center of the circle, to the circumference, and to the center of the membrane on the surface of the membrane. The concentrated liquid finally flows from the flange at the feed end. Outflow. While the feed liquid flows through the filter membrane, the permeate is continuously discharged through the central collection tube. The concentrate and permeate are separated by an O-ring mounted on the deflector.
