Wastewater Screening is a unique rake factory assembled into a group of rotary Wastewater Screening chain. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates against the water flow direction.
When the harrow chain is transferred to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guide of the groove wheel and the curved rail, the relative self-cleaning movement occurs between each group of harrow teeth, and most of the solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part cleans up the debris stuck on the rake teeth by the reverse movement of the sweeper.

According to the flow direction, the rake chain is the same as the grid, and the rake tooth clearance assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the use conditions. When the rake teeth separate the solid suspended solids in the fluid, the flow of water can be ensured to flow smoothly. The whole working process is continuous or intermittent.
The equipment is made of ABS engineering plastics, nylon or stainless steel, and is installed on the rake shaft in a certain order to form a closed rake chain, and the lower part is installed in the water of the intake channel. When the drive system drives the sprocket to rotate at a constant speed and orientation, the whole rake chain will move from top to bottom, and carry solid debris to separate from the liquid, and the fluid will flow out through the gap between the rake teeth, and the whole working state will continue.
Due to the special structure shape of the rake teeth, when the debris carried by the rake teeth chain reaches the upper end of the reverse movement, the relative self-cleaning movement occurs between the front and rear rake, which makes the debris fall off by gravity. A rotary cleaning brush can be set behind the equipment to further remove the remaining dirt on the rake teeth. If it is necessary to order goods, it should be noted.
