The internal flow type screen is mainly composed of driving device, frame, traction chain, screen with lifting ladder, washing system and electrical control cabinet. When the rack is installed in the screens channel, the gap between the two sides of the rack and the screens channel is the channel of the filtered water from the screens. A guide baffle is arranged between the two sides of the water facing end of the frame and the channel wall, which can prevent the short flow of sewage from entering the filter directly before and after the filter at the same time of diversion. A water inlet opening is opened at the water facing end of the lower part of the frame, and the opposite side is the closed end. The sewage flows into the machine from the inlet hole and then flows out through the mesh plates on both sides, and flows into the rear channel of the machine through the outlet channels on both sides. The drive motor is installed on the positive output shaft of the rack. Driven by the transmission chain, the screen plates on both sides extract the dirt trapped within their length from bottom to top. When they reach the upper part, they automatically discharge the dirt under the washing water of the top washing device through the turning function of the chain wheel. The slag water is discharged into the slag collecting tank between the screen plates on both sides and then flows out of the machine.
