The drive motor is installed on the output shaft at the side of the rack, and the screen plate is driven by the two side drive chains to extract the dirt within the width of the whole channel from the bottom up. When it reaches the upper part, it will automatically complete the decontamination work through the turning function and turning brush of the sprocket.
The whole fine screens part is directly installed on the channel, and the solids in the water are captured by the filter belt connected by the step type mesh plate in series, and then sent to the higher position at the rear of the driving device of the decontamination machine for discharge. At the same time, a rotating brush should further clean the screen.
The fine screen trash remover has reliable cleaning effect, reliable self-cleaning ability in structural design, no dirt entanglement and stagnation, and no dirt accumulation at the bottom of the fine screens to form a dead angle. When the water level difference between the front and the back of the fine screens is up to 1.0m, the combined stepped fine screens plate has enough strength and rigidity, and does not deform to affect the normal operation of the equipment.
