Working principle of Static Mixers
The main body sets a specially designed spiral mixed monomer in the mixing tube, each two adjacent monomers with the same beginning and the opposite direction in the pipe. The single body in the operation itself does not rotate, and there is no rotating part in the mixer, but the kinetic energy of the flow is used as the mixed energy. When the fluid flows in a mixer, each single body divides the water into two, and the total number of the mixers increases the number of the monomers into a geometric progression, which is called a pair of distributary mixtures. The vortices are produced at both ends. This vortex and the reverse vortex enhance the mixing efficiency. There are three kinds of mixing in the mixer, which makes the mass with fast transfer speed and can complete the effective mixing of different liquid medium in the instantaneous.
