Equipment characteristics
There are two air intake methods for the air floatation machine, which are the gas state before the pump and the air inlet behind the pump. The air floater pumps forward gas, which is led back to the water suction pipe by the water pipe of the pump. The hydraulic injector is installed on the branch pipe. When the hydraulic injector is generated, the waste water is negative pressure. After mixing air and wastewater, pump the water pipe and water to the air storage tank. This method omits the air compressor, which is relatively simple, and the water and gas are mixed evenly. But the pump should use self-priming water inlet, and keep the water head above 1m.
In addition, the air intake of the air floatation machine should not be greater than 10% of the water volume of the pump. Otherwise, the pump will not work properly and cavitation will occur. After the pump is filled with water, compressed air is usually introduced into the pressure pipe. The above method can make the pump work stably and does not need to work under positive pressure, but it needs an air compressor to supply air. In order to have a good gas solubility, the volume of the air storage tank of the air floatation machine is relatively large, and it is necessary to fill the air storage tank with a complicated filling method.
Before the air floatation machine is officially put into operation, it is often necessary to complete the commissioning work. First fill the air floatation tank with clean water, then open the inlet and outlet valves and release valve of the reflux pump once, and finally close the inlet and suction valves of the jet. Next, start the return pump.
Wait for a period of time and fill the dissolved gas tank with water until the pump's own pressure rises to the range of 0.45 to 0.65 MPa. Slowly open the water inlet valve of the jet to adjust the pressure in the tank to 0.45 to 0.5 MPa Then, open the intake valve slightly to let in a small amount of air to adjust the pressure in the tank of the air floatation device to between 0.35 and 0.42MPa.
Then, after the entire system has stabilized, the releaser will release a large number of air bubbles, so that you can prepare the air floatation device to run in water. The entire process takes about 15 minutes. In this way, it means that the commissioning work is successfully completed.
Then you can enter the operation stage of the air floatation machine. In this process, you should first open the inlet and outlet valves of the return pump of the clean water tank, close the inlet, outlet and suction valves of the jet, and then turn on the return pump. At this time, care should be taken to adjust the pressure to a suitable state. The lift pump in the sump can be started, and the wastewater to be treated is gradually injected into the air floatation device. Then add an appropriate amount of coagulant to the drug dissolving poke. After dissolving with clean water, open the valve of the drug dissolving barrel, drip the coagulant, and mix with the wastewater in the reaction zone.
