Equipment characteristics
Raw water is fed into the mixing reactor, and drugs are added to the mixing reactor to produce separable flocs; the pre-treated wastewater is fed into the air floatation device, and the fine steam released from the water-comprising water compounds in the intake chamber Bubble blend. This fine air bubble adheres to the flocs in the waste water, producing a floating body with a lower ratio than water. The air float rises to the cohesion of the river surface to form oil scum (or scum), which is scraped to the oil recovery (slag) tank according to the oil discharge (slag) machine.
During the shallow air floatation process, the heavy liquid particles in the water inlet chamber settle here, and are discharged according to the sand discharge valve. The system stipulates that the sand discharge valve should be opened regularly to maintain the cleaning of the water inlet room; the wastewater enters the water distribution area of the air floatation device. Objects that rise rapidly will float to the surface of the river; objects that rise slowly are separated in the wavy slanted column. If an object touches the wavy slanted column, it can reverse the water flow direction under the effect of buoyancy Rise. All heavy objects will move down, and the objects that move down are collected according to the bottom scraper, and discharged according to the regular opening of the sludge valve
Compared with other treatment technologies, the flow rate of shallow air floatation water is low, and there is no agitation of the water in the pool, which promotes the upward adjustment of particulate matter in the water or the settlement of the foundation, the cleanliness level is high, and the removal rate of suspended matter is above 91%; The bronchial tube with high working pressure is selected for ease of use.
