In order to prevent laboratory staff from inhaling or swallowing toxic, pathogenic or unknown chemicals and organisms, good ventilation should be provided in the laboratory. In order to prevent the absorption of some vapors, gases and particulates (smoke, soot, dust and air suspension), pollutants must be removed by means of ventilation cabinets, hood or local ventilation. The main purpose of the fume hood is to discharge the harmful gases produced in the experiment, protect the health of the experimenters, and provide an efficient, energy-saving and safe operation space. PP material has excellent acid and alkali resistance and excellent weatherability.

4.Equipment characteristics
1. Upper cabinet:
The main frame is made of porcelain white PP (polypropylene) plate and welded by the same color electrode. It has excellent acid and alkali resistance and excellent weatherability. The top is designed by top hood type exhaust, the guide plate is made of homogeneous PP material, and has excellent acid and alkali resistance. The installation dimension is scientific and reasonable, and no air flow dead angle is obtained to obtain the maximum exhaust capture performance.
2. Operation table:
The countertop of the ventilation cabinet is designed by welding with the upper cabinet. The manned surface is equipped with water-proof and overflow-proof treatment. The countertop can also be equipped with other material countertops according to the customer's needs. The upper flume can be configured according to the user's requirements.
3. Lower cabinet:
The storage cabinet is made of porcelain white PP (polypropylene) sheet. Through bending process, the column is made into square tube structure and T-shaped structure, which can obtain good load-bearing capacity.
4. Mobile door: no section design, light touch.
