4.Equipment characteristics
Main structure: 1.5mm thick and high quality cold rolled steel plate, epoxy resin after electrostatic spraying, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance.

Structure and material description:
(1) the structure of the floor type fume hood is of the floor type. The front and side upper panels and frames of the cabinet body are made of 1.2MM thick and high quality cold-rolled steel sheet. The surface of the steel sheet is treated with phosphorized plastic spraying (light grey).
(2) Both sides of the cabinet body are steel double-deck hollow glass or 12MM thick high strength glass, the top and back plates are steel, and the lower part of the back plate is movable and detachable, which facilitates the renovation, transformation and maintenance of the water, electricity and gas paths in the cabinet in the future.
(3) The door structure of the walking-in type ventilator is a horizontal moving door made of aluminium alloy. The surface is treated with phosphorized plastic spraying (light grey). The door glass is made of 5MM thick toughened safety glass.
(4) The length of inside is - 200MM, the width of inside is - 170MM, and the height of inside is - 300.
(5) the light source is 100W explosion-proof ceiling lamp, which is completely isolated from the gas inside the cabinet.
(6) Power sockets, fan switches and lighting switches are all placed on the external posts, with two 10A six-hole universal sockets plus two 16A six-hole sockets/tables.
(7) the exhaust port is matched with the 315PVC pipe and has a manual air volume regulating valve.
