4.Equipment characteristics
1.[overall material]
Upper cabinet body: The shell is made of 1.0mm #304 stainless steel after CNC machining center, cutting, positioning drilling, bending and welding, and has beautiful appearance. The inner shell is made of 1.0mm #304 stainless steel. A removable maintenance hole is provided for easy maintenance of circuits, waterways and gas roads.
1.0mm #304 stainless steel sheet, corrosion resistance, high acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, easy to clean.
Lower cabinet body: lower cabinet body (general bottom cabinet), door plate: 1.0mm stainless steel (double layer), no welded connection with detachable cushion. Good load-bearing capacity can be obtained in CNC machining center, cutting, positioning drilling, bending and welding.
2.[sliding door system]
Guide: special PVC material and line contact design are adopted to minimize friction.
Window handle: stainless steel matte handle, beautiful and generous.
Windows: Aluminum profiles with plastic profiles frame, window using 3 5 mm safety glass, can move left and right, and use no-segment balancing device, can move up and down, free adjustment. 1.0mm #304 stainless steel for sliding glass handle and window glass frame.
Pull rope: SUS304 outsourced PVC (top configuration in laboratory fume hood).
