Equipment characteristics

Place the cation and anion exchange resins in the same exchange bed and mix them evenly before running. The mixed bed is a multi-stage compound bed composed of many cation and anion exchange resins. In the mixed bed, the cation and anion resins are mixed evenly with each other, so the cation and anion exchange reactions proceed almost simultaneously. In other words, the cation exchange and anion exchange of water are carried out by multiple exchanges. That is, the H + produced by the H-type cation exchange and the OH produced by the OH-type ion exchange cannot immediately accumulate and immediately generate water with a very low dissociation degree. In this way, the influence of counter ions is basically eliminated, and the ion exchange reaction can proceed very thoroughly, so the effluent quality of the mixed bed is very high.

Polishing resin is a premixed mixed bed ion exchange resin composed of nuclear grade strong acid type cation and nuclear grade strong base type anion at a dose ratio of 1: 2 volume ratio, specially provided for ultrapure water system polishing, with high Switching capacity and superior physical characteristics.

Product process
