In the actual use process, many occasions with very high water quality requirements, such as the inlet water of high-pressure boilers and sub-high-pressure boilers, the water used in some pharmaceutical processes; the process water for beverages and chemical products, etc., mostly use the reverse osmosis + mixed bed water treatment process , In line with the requirements of process parameters.
The mixed ion exchanger is abbreviated as mixed bed. It is a chemical desalination device that puts anion and cation exchange resin in the same exchanger and mixes them uniformly during operation. The anion and cation exchange resins in the mixed bed are in a uniformly mixed state, contacting and arranging each other, so each pair of adjacent anion and yang resins can be regarded as a first-stage compound bed, and the entire mixed bed is formed by the continuous stacking of many such compound beds It is estimated that the number of compound beds in a mixed bed can reach 1000-2000. In the mixed bed, the H + ions generated by the cation resin exchange and the OH- ions generated by the anion resin exchange are immediately neutralized, and there is no interference of counter ions. Therefore, the ion exchange reaction is carried out thoroughly and the purity of the effluent is very high.

The shell of our company's mixed bed is made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel, lined with natural rubber. Equipped with advanced double-disc water distributor, uniform water distribution and low resistance. There are also small-sized equipment using plexiglass cylinder material.
The regeneration method adopts advanced synchronous bidirectional no-top pressure internal flow regeneration technology. The regeneration is convenient and fast, with less pollution, low labor intensity and high regeneration rate. It is equipped with a jet pump, and there is no need to prepare a large amount of acid and alkali during regeneration, only concentrated acid and concentrated alkali are needed, that is, the acid distribution box is omitted. The alkali distribution tank is also a conventional 1/4 size, which reduces the regeneration workload and footprint, and the discharged waste liquid is alkaline, and the pollution is relatively less acidic.
According to different needs, mixed beds are divided into coarse mixed beds and fine mixed beds. The former is often used to produce pure water of <10MΩ.cm (25 ℃). After the combination of the two, 18MΩ.cm (25 ℃) of ultrapure water can be prepared.
