Reasons affecting the operation cycle and water output of the equipment:


1. Salt content of raw water

① Within a certain range of height and filtration rate, the higher the salt content in the raw water, the lower the effluent quality. The more salt content in the raw water, the greater the resin exchange capacity, and vice versa. This is mainly due to the fact that when the concentration of ions in water is large, the contact diffusion between ions and resin in water and the exchange rate are increased.

② Therefore, according to the different raw water in different regions, for example, the southern water has many impurities, and a filter is needed in the front, and the northern water has a high hardness and needs to be softened, which can increase and extend the operating cycle and the water output. Wait.


2. Filtering speed

① The filtration speed of the raw water in the exchanger is also one of the reasons affecting the water cycle and the amount of water. The greater the flow rate of the raw water, the lower the exchanged water output.

② This requires us to take different countermeasures for different water qualities, such as raw water with high hardness, the filtration speed is reduced accordingly, and raw water with low hardness can be increased accordingly.

③ The more even the cross-section of the raw water flowing through the exchanger, the greater the working exchange volume. No matter what the hardness of the raw water must ensure that the flow rate of the over water is uniform, this will greatly improve the exchanger's water cycle and water output.

④The reason for affecting the uneven cross-section of the water is mainly caused by the irrational structure of the exchanger and the increase of broken ion exchange resin. In view of this, it is required that we must be reasonable in the selection and structure to ensure the uniformity of the cross-section of the water.

⑤ Regular large backwash according to the regulations. During the large backwash, the broken resin is washed out, and the resin can be prevented from collapsing, so that it can be re-arranged according to gravity, so as to increase its water cycle and water output.


3. Exchange the control index of the end point

① The higher the control index requirement of the exchange end point, that is, the better the water quality, the longer the water discharge cycle, and the less the water output per unit time, the more the contrary.

②This requires us to formulate reasonable and economic exchange control indicators according to the actual water usage on the factory site, which can achieve the purpose of shortening the ion exchange water output cycle and increasing the water output both directly and economically.


4. PH value of raw water

① The PH value of the raw water also has a considerable influence on the effluent cycle and the effluent volume of the exchanger. Lowering the PH value inhibits the dissociation of the cation resin exchange group.

②The higher PH value will inhibit the dissociation of the anion resin exchange group. Therefore, keeping the PH value of the raw water stable is of great significance to its water output.


5. Height of resin layer

①In theory, the higher the resin layer, the greater the exchange volume, but if the resin layer is too high, the water volume and flow rate of the effluent will be affected and the resin will be easily plated. Therefore, the diameter and diameter should be determined according to the specific water consumption. Height, thereby determining the height of the resin layer.

②In addition, in daily production, pay attention to the change of the resin layer, supplement the ion exchange resin in time, ensure that it exchanges the height of the resin layer well, and maintain a reasonable working resin layer height.


6. The degree of resin regeneration

① The degree of resin regeneration is an important point in the operation process. The degree of ion exchange resin regeneration directly determines the current use cycle and water output of this ion exchanger.

②There are also many regeneration methods. The countercurrent regeneration method is commonly used. In this method, there are still many factors that affect the degree of regeneration, mainly the concentration of the regeneration agent, the amount of the regeneration agent, the flow rate of the regeneration agent, the purity of the regeneration agent and the regeneration The temperature of the agent, etc.


7. Water temperature of raw water

① When the water temperature of the raw water is too high or too low, the strength and exchange capacity of the ion exchange resin will be affected. In terms of heat resistance alone, the cation exchange resin is larger than the anion exchange resin.

②Sodium salt ion exchange resin is larger than salt type ion exchange resin and free acid (base) type ion exchange resin. Within a certain range, an increase in the temperature of the raw water will increase its effluent cycle and effluent volume and improve the effluent quality.

③ This is the reason why it usually has more water cycle and water volume in summer when it is hot in summer than when it is cold in winter. The water temperature is generally 20 ℃ -25 ℃, and should not exceed 40 ℃.

④ The occurrence of the operation cycle and the cause of the water output problems are related to seven different factors: season, water temperature, salinity, height, regeneration degree, filtration rate, and ph value.


Product process

During the exchange process of the mixed bed resin, due to the uniform mixing state, they are staggered and connected to each other. It is a multi-stage double bed pure water machine composed of many anion and cation exchange resins, which can be equivalent to 1000-2000 class double beds. Because of the uniform mixing, the exchange reaction of anions and cations occurs almost simultaneously. The generated H +, OH- then synthesizes H2O, and the exchange reaction is carried out thoroughly. Therefore, the water quality of the mixed bed is better than that of the double-bed pure water machine. The water quality that can be achieved in series can produce pure water with a relatively high purity.
