Equipment characteristics

1. Small backwashing: the purpose is to clean the suspended debris in the fat pressing layer. When the negative and cation exchangers are installed behind the reverse osmosis, the water inlet is very clean, so it does not need to be performed every time. It can be performed after ten runs A small backwash.

2. Drain the water, drain the backwash water into the exchanger, and drain it from the top of the exchanger. Backwash until the effluent is clear. It usually takes 10-15 minutes to open the valve and let the water out of the pipe until there is no water in the pipe.

3. Regeneration: Sodium hydroxide is fed into the anion exchanger, and the regeneration liquid flows from bottom to top through the resin layer at a speed of about 5 m / h in the flow rate of the empty tower.

4. Forward washing: Close the exhaust pipe, open the inlet valve, wait for the exhaust valve to discharge water, open the forward washing valve, close the exhaust valve, and perform positive washing on the resin. The flow rate is the same as the moving line. Until the effluent quality meets the requirements, open the outlet valve, close the drain valve, and put it into operation.

It is mainly used in the front-end treatment of boilers, thermal power stations, chemical industry, light industry, textile, medicine, biology, electronics, atomic energy and pure water treatment. It is also used in food production where hard water softening and deionized water preparation are required. Decolorization and purification of drugs, recovery of precious metals and chemical raw materials, treatment of electroplating wastewater, etc.
