Product process

The water distribution mechanism, water collection mechanism and dissolved gas release mechanism are tightly connected with the frame and rotate around the center of the pool body. This device can provide complete equipment assembly and control system, through the combination of centralized control and decentralized control, so that the equipment can achieve the best operating state. Air-floating separation technology is to instruct air and water to dissolve gas into water to the maximum under certain working pressure, and strive to reach saturation, and then release the formed pressure dissolved gas water through decompression, generating a large number of fine bubbles, Fully contact with the suspended flocs in the water, make the suspended flocs in the water adhere to the micro-bubbles, float with the bubbles to the water surface, form scum and scrape off the scum, thereby purifying the water quality.
High-efficiency shallow air flotation adopts "shallow pool theory", "zero speed theory" and new dissolver principle design; short residence time, small area, and pool depth of only 400-600mm; uniform water distribution and unique structure of dissolved gas tank , Good gas-dissolving effect, small bubbles, not easy to break, good adhesion of bubbles and flocs; light equipment, high efficiency, high stability, easy to transport and install; continuous sediment removal scraper at the bottom of the tank, It is easy to remove sediments in time, ensuring a clean bottom and effective air floatation. The SS removal rate of suspended matter is high, and when the flocculant is not good, the SS removal rate can reach more than 70%; with the addition of flocculant, the SS removal rate can reach 90-97%.
Design water depth 600～800mm, effective water depth 400～600mm, reflux ratio R≥30%, hydraulic surface load q = 6～8m3 / m2·hr, residence time 3～5min, dissolved gas water pressure≥0.4Mpa, design speed 1 / 3～1 / 5rpm. The actual treatment volume will vary depending on the water quality.
