Step fine screens is a kind of special water treatment equipment which can automatically intercept and remove all kinds of sundries in the fluid. It can be widely used in urban sewage treatment. Water industry and power plant water intake can also be used as the pre-stage screening equipment in wastewater treatment process of textile, food processing, papermaking, leather and other industries.
2.Working Principle
The step fine screens is assembled into a group of rotary fine screens chains by a unique rake tooth factory. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates against the water flow direction.
When the harrow chain is transferred to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guide of the groove wheel and the curved rail, the relative self-cleaning movement occurs between each group of harrow teeth, and most of the solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part cleans up the debris stuck on the rake teeth by the reverse movement of the sweeper.
According to the flow direction, the rake chain is the same as the fine screens, and the rake tooth clearance assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the use conditions. When the rake teeth separate the solid suspended solids in the fluid, the water flow can be kept smooth. The whole working process is continuous or intermittent.

The stepped fine screens is mainly composed of four parts: the dynamic fine screens, the static fine screens, the power and transmission device, and the electrical control system. The dynamic fine screens and the static fine screens are arranged alternately in zigzag shape. The dynamic fine screens is driven by the transmission mechanism to make eccentric rotary motion, and the dirt is transported from one step of the static fine screens to the next step until it falls into the sump at the top of the fine screens.
