Equipment characteristics
1. Prepare various materials for Fine Bubble Diffuser according to design requirements, such as tees, adjusting brackets, glues for bonding and other materials.
2. During installation, the joints of each pipe shall be sealed with glue or pipe hoop to prevent air leakage.
3. Try to ensure that the air output of the aeration pipe is uniform. The length of an aeration pipe should be controlled below 10m. When laying, the fine bubble membrane diffuser should be at the bottom of the pool with the ground level. The height of the ground should be generally high to ensure uniform air out.
4. Commissioning should be performed after installation. Turn on the host and debug one by one aeration pipe, and adjust the height and direction of the aeration pipe until the entire microporous tube is aerated uniformly.
5. The main unit should be installed in the middle of the main pipeline as much as possible to ensure the same air supply for each pipeline. There should be no foreign matter near the air inlet of the main unit to avoid clogging.
6. The diffuser should not contact the sludge as much as possible, so as not to be blocked.
