Equipment characteristics
Dissolved air flotation can remove grease, jelly, solid suspended solids, BOD and COD in sewage. Using it to treat mid-stage wastewater and white water can greatly reduce the scale of biochemical secondary treatment equipment, thereby greatly reducing the overall investment cost. Air floatation greatly reduces the investment cost of sewage pretreatment.
Contrary to traditional grease collectors, air floatation removes solid sludge from the wastewater automatically and continuously. Sludge removal and storage is carried out in a concentrated manner. The high concentration of the floating sludge collected by this equipment can reach about 5%, so the cost of sludge treatment is also reduced.
The treatment capacity of air floatation is 5-2000m³/hr. According to customer requirements, different flow devices can be designed. The amount of incoming water does not need to be balanced. Even if the flow rate changes, the equipment can work normally. Under normal circumstances, the removal rate of grease and solid suspended solids (SS) exceeds 95%.
