Working principle
The Package Water Treatment Plant can also be used in living sewage such as baths, air conditioners and other organic matters which are not very high, and the treated water reaches the standard of reclaimed water reuse.
Package Water Treatment Plant process principle is just like water supply plant purification process. It includes coagulation tank, sedimentation tank, filter tank, water quality stabilizing device, backwashing device, water pump and electric control cabinet.
First, the coagulant pool: the raw water of coagulant is poured into the coagulant pool by the inlet pipe and stirred by a special mixer, so that the suspended substance and coagulant in the water are fully exposed to form alum flower. The general water purification device uses eddy current reaction to mix water and coagulant, but the effect is unstable by the change of water volume. The mixing device of the integrated water purification plant is not affected by the change of water volume.
Second, water coagulant coagulates to form alum flower and precipitates in the sedimentation tank of the equipment. The sedimentation tank adopts the inclined tube precipitation method, and the surface load is 6~7m3/m2.h
Then, Filter: after sedimentation, the water flows to the filter. The structure of the filter is: no water pipe at the bottom, quartz sand in the middle and anthracite in the upper part. The filtration speed is 10m/h, and finally the clear water flows into the clear water pool to disinfect and drink. The recoil cycle of the filter tank is about 12 hours, and the recoil time is 5-10 minutes.
