4.Application
The Water Softener Plant can be widely applied to softening the make-up water of steam boilers, hot water boilers, exchangers, evaporative condensers, air conditioners, direct combustion engines and other systems. It can also be used in the treatment of domestic water, such as hotels, restaurants, office buildings, apartments, home and so on, and the softening water treatment of food, beverage, liquor making, laundry, printing and dyeing, chemical industry, medicine and other industries.
The shell of ion exchange column (device) is generally made of UPVC, PVC-FRP, PMMA, pmma-FRP, JR and stainless steel. 5.Softener structure
1). The mechanical rotary multi way valve is developed and produced in China, but it is easy to wear. Now it has been produced with improved type and good performance.
2). The technology and products of plunger type, plate type and hydraulic driven multi-channel valve are imported from abroad, and other components of ion exchanger are produced in China. This kind of product has reliable performance, low failure rate and long service life, and is the first choice for design and use.
3). The control form of imported integrated valve is used in the system with small softened water volume. When the softened water volume is more than 40m3 / h, the control mode of "automatic diaphragm valve group + controller" can be adopted,
4). The combined plane integrated valve is independently produced in China and can be disassembled with stable performance. When the softened water volume is more than 25m3 / h and the water hardness is more than 8mmol / L, the automatic control mode of "plane integrated multiple valve + controller" is recommended.
