Supply range
The product is suitable for the central flow and the surrounding water outlet of the sedimentation tank. The whole machine should include: driving device (including motor, reducer and overload protection system), working bridge, central inlet pipe column (not contained in the branch factory of the Buddha), central diversion tube (not contained in the Buddhist Temple Branch), central discharge pipe, water weir plate, slag retaining baffle, scum removal device, mud suction pipe and mud collecting plate, mud suction pipe arm frame and collection. Mud tank, mud discharge control valve, on site control box and accessories required for safe and effective operation.
The driving device drives the working bridge to rotate along the surrounding area, and drives the mud suction pipe system and the mud scraper to turn and scrape. After scraping the sludge from the sludge, the mud suction pipe is drawn from the suction pipe to the center mud tank by the static water pressure in the pool, and then through the central sludge discharge pipe, the scum on the surface of the water is introduced into the discharge tank through the rotary skimming device, and the supernatant is discharged through the overflow of the triangle water weir into the outlet.
Application
It is applied to the radial flow sedimentation tank in the wastewater treatment plant, the water works and the industrial waste water treatment. The sludge deposited at the bottom of the tank is scraped to the mud pit at the bottom of the pool, and the scum on the pool surface is skimmed to the pipe type slag discharge bucket.
