Steel lab hood is formed with 1.2mm thick rolled steel plate while bending and welding in CNC machining center, cutting, positioning and drilling. After pickling and phosphating, the surface is sprayed with epoxy resin powder, which is baked and cured at high temperature. It has high adhesion, strong surface hardness, corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance.
Operating table is made of ceramic plate, 25 mm thick, or epoxy resin plate, 15 mm thick, or 12.7 mm American Wilson Yashi Psychological Board. The edges are thickened to 24.5mm and arc to prevent liquid leakage. Mesa is resistant to acid and alkali, chemical solvent corrosion resistance and excellent abrasion resistance. Non toxic, strong service life. The table is equipped with PP small ring groove and other accessories for ventilation cabinet.

4.Equipment characteristics
1. Structural combination: the upper cabinet (ventilation cabinet), the middle cabinet (operation table) and the lower cabinet (including one-sided independent air-pumping cabinet and inner independent water, electricity and pipeline system accommodation cabinet design)
2. Full steel fume hood shell: steel plate with thickness of more than 1.2mm (including) is used; it is made by medium pressure moulding, and its surface is coated with acid and alkali resistant EPOXY powder paint.
3. All steel fume hood inner shell: adopt acid proof soda ventilator cabinet and ventilator cabinet counter.
4. Countertops are made of 12.7mm special thick core physical and chemical board. The thickness is 24.4mm, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, antibacterial and antistatic.
5. Lighting: adopt 30W fluorescent lamp.
6. Handle: adopt SUS304 stainless steel matte square handle.
7. Air flow plate: use 5mm thick ventilator counter special air flow plate. The installation position and angle need to make the exhaust evenly distributed without dead angle. Under the standard conditions, the ratio of the air discharge from the upper and middle outlets of the guide plate is about 50 +10% respectively, so as to ensure that the gas with different specific gravity can be effectively eliminated.
