Equipment characteristics

Resin backwash method:
1. Inlet water from the bottom of the ion exchange column, and outlet water from the top, backwash the resin until the product water is clear.
2. The flow rate of backwashing is generally between 5-10m / h, and the flow rate will be different according to different resin types.
3. The general backwashing time is between 30-40 minutes, the amount of impurities is different, the cleaning time is also different, subject to the water production situation.
4. After the backwashing is completed, the resin needs to be left for a period of time, usually 5-10 minutes, so that the resin can form a uniform structure.
Application

Ion exchange is carried out by ion exchange resin in the electrolyte solution, which can remove various anions and cations in water, and is an irreplaceable means in the current process of preparing high-purity water. Ion exchangers are divided into cation exchangers and anion exchangers.
