4.Equipment characteristics
The crane type scraper is mainly composed of crane truss, driving mechanism, scraper, skimming plate and scraper lifting mechanism, program control and limit device. According to different requirements, sludge collecting tank and slag collecting tank can be set at the same end or two ends of the sedimentation tank.
1). Structure of driving and sludge scraping parts
Generally, the traveling crane adopts truss structure, and the small span available beam structure. In order to facilitate maintenance and management, a 600-800mm wide working walkway shall be set on the traveling crane. The driving mechanism adopts the form of long shaft centralized transmission with two ends out of the shaft or two sides separately driven. When the span is 4-8M, the driving mechanism adopts centralized driving, and when the span is 10-25m, the driving mechanism adopts synchronous driving at both ends. The driving power is mainly calculated and determined according to the total resistance of sludge scraper, driving resistance, wind resistance and road slope. There are three ways of power supply: cable support, sliding wire and hanging wire rope.
2). Lifting mechanism of skimming board and sludge scraper
The sludge scraping part is mainly composed of hinged scraper arm, scraper, supporting carrier wheel, skimming board and winch mechanism. In order to facilitate the replacement of vulnerable parts such as wire rope or sludge scraper, the hook device of the scraper arm can also be set. One end of the scraper arm is hinged on the truss of the crane, the other end is equipped with a scraper plate and a supporting wheel, and the lifting point is preferably set at the center of the scraper arm. When the sludge scraper is placed at the bottom of the pool, the angle between the scraper arm and the bottom of the pool is 60-65 °, the height of the sludge scraper is 400-500mm, and the height of the skimming board is 120-150 mm. There are three types of scraper lifting mechanism: wire rope winch, screw and hydraulic push rod, of which the most commonly used one is wire rope winch.
The lifting mechanism of the skimming board and the sludge scraper can be arranged in two ways: the first is that the sludge scraper and the sludge scraper work and lift in the same direction, that is, when the sludge scraper is running, the skimming board and the sludge scraper carry out skimming and sludge scraping at the same time, and the skimming board and the sludge scraper raise the water surface at the same time during the return journey; the second is that the skimming board and the sludge scraper work and lift in the opposite direction, that is, the sludge scraper scrapes sludge with the sludge skimming board When the skimming board is working, the sludge scraper is lifted away from the bottom of the pool.
3). Driving mechanism and driving power
The layout of the driving mechanism is similar to that of the truck type suction dredger. The driving power of the scraper is mainly determined according to the total resistance of the scraper, such as the resistance of sludge scraping, driving, wind and road slope.
