Equipment Features

1.The product is mainly composed of a driving device, a rake mechanism, a cleaning mechanism, etc., and is composed of a unique rake tooth into a group of rotary grid chains. Under the drive of the motor reducer, the chain of the rake chain turns against the water flow.

2.When the rake chain is transferred to the upper part of the equipment, the direction of the groove wheel and the bending rail leads to the relative self clearance between the rake teeth, and the overwhelming majority of the solid material falls by the gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the sweeper to clean up the debris stuck to the rake.

3.According to the flow direction, rake chains are similar to screens, and the clearance of rake teeth assembled on rake chain shaft can be selected according to the conditions of use. When the rake teeth are separated from the solid suspension in the fluid, the flow can flow smoothly. The whole process is continuous or intermittent.
