Coarse screen is a unique rake assembled into a group of rotary coarse screen chain. Driven by the motor reducer, the rake chain rotates against the water flow direction.
When the harrow chain is transferred to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guide of the groove wheel and the curved rail, the relative self-cleaning movement occurs between each group of harrow teeth, and most of the solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part cleans up the debris stuck on the rake teeth by the reverse movement of the sweeper.
According to the flow direction, the rake chain is the same as the coarse screen, and the rake tooth clearance assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the use conditions. When the rake teeth separate the solid suspended solids in the fluid, the water can flow smoothly. The whole working process is continuous or intermittent.

The equipment specifications are based on the machine width and size. If the width of the machine is more than 1800mm, it will be made into parallel machine. The gap of rake teeth is divided into 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm and other specifications. The type selection is based on the water flow, lifting height, total amount of solid-liquid separation, shape and particle size of the separated substances, and different materials are selected at the same time.
1. The water head loss of the coarse screen is relatively common, because it takes a certain time for impurities to be treated, impurities will gather before deletion, affecting the water flow.
2. The quality of sewage is different in different areas, so we need to choose the appropriate mechanical coarse screen according to the characteristics of sewage quality.
3. The upper part of the mechanical coarse screen equipment shall be equipped with artificial coarse screen plate and artificial coarse screen plate to prevent the excessive sundries from flowing into the water collecting pool when the sewage overflows the top of the mechanical coarse screen equipment, thus affecting the normal operation of the mechanical coarse screen.
4. Select the coarse screen spacing. The flow passage of the mechanical coarse screen has certain requirements for the particle size that can pass through. The particle size of the small mechanical coarse screen equipment can pass through is small, and the particle size of the large mechanical coarse screen can pass through is large, which is very important for the selection of the coarse screen bar spacing of the coarse screen machine.
5. The standard sewage level of the selected motor varies greatly, especially for the combined system pipe. The sewage may overflow the top of the mechanical coarse screen to make the motor water, so we use the waterproof motor.
