4.Structure and working principle
CG vertical frame type center drive mud scraper is mainly composed of working bridge, center drive device, center rotation and vertical hanging, scraper arm, middle pull rod, tie bar, guide cylinder and slag skimming and discharging components.
The equipment adopts the central transmission and vertical frame type. After the sewage flows into the guide cylinder from the water inlet pipe and diffuses, it flows out uniformly to the periphery in a radial form. The suspended sludge is deposited at the bottom of the tank after sedimentation. The driving device drives the central vertical frame to rotate, and drives the scraper arm and the scraper plate to rotate. After the sludge is scraped from the tank to the central sludge sump, it is discharged out of the tank by the sludge discharge pipe by the static water pressure in the tank. The scum on the water surface is skimmed to the pool side through the skimming device, and then scraped into the scum hopper by the scraper and discharged out of the pool. The supernatant is discharged through the overflow weir plate into the outlet tank.
Electrical control: the start, stop and operation time of the equipment can be set according to the user's needs, with PLC interface.
