Equipment characteristics
1. First of all, according to the area and shape of water surface, the laying method of fine tube bubble diffuser should be designed.
2. Prepare all kinds of materials according to the design requirements, such as tee, adjusting bracket, glue for bonding and other materials.
3. During installation, all pipe joints shall be sealed with rubber or pipe hoop to prevent air leakage.
4. It is necessary to ensure that the air output of the aeration pipe is uniform as far as possible, and the length of an aeration pipe is preferably controlled below 10m. When laying, the microporous aeration pipe should be kept at the bottom of the tank at the same level with the ground. Measured from all parts of the tank, the ground height of the aeration pipe should be generally high to ensure that the air output is uniform.
5. Commissioning shall be carried out after installation. Open the main engine, debug one aeration pipe by one, and adjust the height and direction of the aeration pipe until the whole microporous pipe is aerated evenly.
6. The main engine shall be installed in the middle of the main pipeline as far as possible to ensure the same air supply of each pipeline. There should be no sundries near the air inlet of the main engine to avoid blocking.
7. Aerator shall not contact with sludge as much as possible to avoid blockage.
